Before availing of our services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
- Payment:
- Payment must be settled before the commencement of makeup services. Please ensure to carry the payment along with you.
- The advance payment made to us is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
- Self-Makeup and Dressing:
- Self-makeup and dressing are strictly prohibited on the studio premises.
- Late Arrival Charges:
- An additional fee of Rs. 2,000 will be incurred for every half an hour of delay from the scheduled appointment time.
- For appointments scheduled before or after studio timings or on holidays, an extra charge of Rs. 3,500 will be applied.
- Appointment Timing:
- We kindly request clients to adhere to their scheduled appointment date and time.
- Children Policy:
- For safety and convenience, children under 5 years old are not permitted on the studio premises.
- Price Adjustment:
- Prices are subject to change as per the discretion of Eram Makeover Makeup Studio management.
- Complex Drapes:
- If your lehenga or saree drape is intricate, we recommend learning it from your designer or arranging assistance for our makeup artists.
- Closure Time:
- Clients are advised to arrange for immediate pickup after completion of makeup services, as the studio will close by 9:00 PM.
- Belongings:
- Please ensure the safety of your belongings. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Late Arrival Policy:
- Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late for their appointment may not be accommodated, or a late fee may be charged.
- Allergies/Medical Issues:
- Clients are requested to inform us in advance of any known allergies or medical conditions.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
- Final Payment:
- The remaining payment must be settled before the start of the makeup service.
- Photography Permission:
- Photography permission within our studio premises is subject to the decision of Eram Makeover Makeup Studio management.
- Booking Confirmation:
- 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Venue Makeup:
- For venue makeup, the full amount must be paid in advance, along with conveyance charges, before the commencement of work.
- Our artists will wait/work for a maximum of 3 hours at the venue, after which they will leave. Clients are urged to be punctual.
